We organised this annual tournament on Zoutelande beach 15 times between 1991 and 2005. Way back in 1991 Hennie Swartjes and Jan Brekelmans started it, and now Henriëtte Swartjes has taken over, with Hennie on her side.
On 11 July 2009 Henriëtte brought the event back to life and its immediate success absolutely justifies a valued continuation.
In 2007 Henriëtte Swartjes established Beachvolley Zoutelande as a business, which is by now Strandsport Zeeland. Next to the annual tournament she organizes all sorts of arrangements and events for companies, institutions, schools and private people. Beachsport materials and accessories are rented out on the side.
